1. Processing & Handling Times

  • You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on the fulfillment warehouse and destination.

  • Standard International Shipping: 15 to 21 business days

  • Express Regional Shipping: 7 to 14 business days

3. Shipping Charges & Taxes

  • Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to become active in the system.

5. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is completely correct and includes local details (e.g., Zone, Street, Building, or Phone Number) before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer.
